In the present work, high quality Pb doped ZnS thin films were deposited on glass substrates at 450°C using spray ultrasonic technique. The dependence of the structural, morphological and optical properties of the films on the lead (Pb) doping amount was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV–vis–NIR spectrophotometry, and four-point method. The improvement of the obtained Pb:ZnS thin films properties were discussed as a function of Pb concentration (0.5 to 2 at.%). The average crystallite size of Pb:ZnS was found in the range of 25–37 nm. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) reveals that the films are continuous, homogeneous and dense. The UV–vis–NIR spectroscopy characterizations demonstrated that all the films exhibit good transmittance (60–70%) in the visible region and their optical band gap energy (Eg) changes from 3.92 to 3.6 eV. The films electrical resistivity showed an apparent dependence on Pb content.  相似文献

Option pricing models are often used to describe the dynamic characteristics of prices in financial markets. Unlike the classical Black–Scholes (BS) model, the finite moment log stable (FMLS) model can explain large movements of prices during small time steps. In the FMLS, the second-order spatial derivative of the BS model is replaced by a fractional operator of order α which generates an α-stable Lévy process. In this paper, we consider the finite difference method to approximate the FMLS model. We present two numerical schemes for this approximation: the implicit numerical scheme and the Crank–Nicolson scheme. We carry out convergence and stability analyses for the proposed schemes. Since the fractional operator routinely generates dense matrices which often require high computational cost and storage memory, we explore three methods for solving the approximation schemes: the Gaussian elimination method, the bi-conjugate gradient stabilized method (Bi-CGSTAB) and the fast Bi-CGSTAB (FBi-CGSTAB) in order to compare the cost of calculations. Finally, two numerical examples with exact solutions are presented where we also use extrapolation techniques to achieve higher-order convergence. The results suggest that the proposed schemes are unconditionally stable and convergent, and the FMLS model is useful for pricing options.  相似文献

为获得10 km/s左右的超高速发射能力,以内爆发射器为研究对象,利用AUTODYN 2D软件对口径为8 mm的内爆发射器进行有限元仿真分析,获得了典型状态下的弹丸发射速度。研制了口径为8 mm的内爆发射器,并在压缩管中填充5 MPa氦气进行实验,分别获得了0.55 g铝合金弹丸7.95 km/s和0.37 g镁合金弹丸10.28 km/s的发射速度,与有限元仿真计算结果的速度偏差分别为15.3%和3.7%。结果表明,设计的内爆发射器具备10 km/s发射能力,满足空间碎片撞击和防护研究的超高速发射需求。  相似文献

氟氧化物兼有氧化物优异的稳定性和氟化物的低声子能量,是上转换发光材料的一种热点基质材料,因而研究六方相LaOF∶Er,Yb的上转换发光性能及其温度特性具有重要意义。本文采用水热法制备了六方相LaOF∶Er,Yb荧光材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱对其结构和上转换荧光性能进行表征。实验结果表明,水热法120℃得到六方相LaF3,经800℃和1000℃退火后分别形成四方相LaOF和六方相LaOF。980 nm激发下,六方相LaOF∶Er,Yb中Yb3+与Er3+存在能量传递,通过双光子吸收产生绿光和红光的上转换荧光,并且Yb3+与Er3+的最佳浓度分别为3%和1%。最后研究了六方相LaOF∶Er,Yb在温度传感方面的应用,其在150~400 K温度范围的相对灵敏度和绝对灵敏度分别为0.037 K-1和0.0043 K-1。该材料具有优异的温度传感特性,对荧光温度传感器件的设计和应用具有指导意义。  相似文献

Nonlinear effects such as friction and freeplay on the control surfaces can affect aeroelastic dynamics during flight. In particular, these nonlinearities can induce limit cycle oscillations (LCO), changing the system stability, and because of this it is essential to employ computational methods to predict this type of motion during the aircraft development cycle. In this context, the present article presents a matrix notation for describing the Hénon’s method used to reduce errors when considering piecewise linear nonlinearities in the numerical integration process. In addition, a new coordinate system is used to write the aeroelastic system of equations. The proposal defines a displacement vector with generalized and physical variables to simplify the computational implementation of the Hénon’s technique. Additionally, the article discusses the influence of asymmetric freeplay and friction on the LCO of an airfoil with control surface. The results show that the extended Hénon’s technique provides more accurate LCO predictions, that friction can change the frequency and amplitude of these motions, and the asymmetry of freeplay is important to determine the LCO behavior.  相似文献

This paper develops a modified smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method to model the coalescence of colliding non-Newtonian liquid droplets. In the present SPH, a van der Waals (vdW) equation of state is particularly used to represent the gas-to-liquid phase transition similar to that of a real fluid. To remove the unphysical behavior of the particle clustering, also known as tensile instability, an optimized particle shifting technique is implemented in the simulations. To validate the numerical method, the formation of a Newtonian vdW droplet is first tested, and it clearly demonstrates that the tensile instability can be effectively removed. The method is then extended to simulate the head-on binary collision of vdW liquid droplets. Both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid flows are considered. The effect of Reynolds number on the coalescence process of droplets is analyzed. It is observed that the time up to the completion of the first oscillation period does not always increase as the Reynolds number increases. Results for the off-center binary collision of non-Newtonian vdW liquid droplets are lastly presented. All the results enrich the simulations of the droplet dynamics and deepen understandings of flow physics. Also, the present SPH is able to model the coalescence of colliding non-Newtonian liquid droplets without tensile instability.  相似文献

Carbonaceous nanomaterials and their derivatives have been inspired tremendous enthusiasm in the scientific community. They have been excogitated as the encouraging attributes and the qualified dispersed phase to develop multi-functional composites. Particularly, graphene and carbon nanotube (anisotropic fillers) have gained substantial research interest owing to their promising characteristics. This highlights an innovative technique to synthesize hybridized nanotube and nanosheet. Initially, parent materials have been synthesized: The pristine CNT has been modified by acid mixture solution, and reduced graphene oxide has been prepared by chemical reduction method. Henceforth, the self-assembly in situ sol–gel technique has been endorsed here. The synthesized nanohybrids have been characterized by different spectroscopic techniques: FTIR, Raman, UV, and XPS to confirm the attachment of multifunctionalities; meanwhile, the composition and stability have been investigated from XRD and TGA plots. The magnitude of surface charge and particle size distribution have been evaluated for the parent and hybridized products; further, morphology of all the samples has been authenticated from FESEM and TEM.  相似文献
